ECU Clear/ Reset question

Hi all,

If I went to the track and gave my rx8 a good exercise, will the info be erased after I did the "Mileage button-On-brake 20 times" reset for my new K&N filter with de-walled inbox?

The reason why I asked is because I can FEEL the car running much BETTER after track, as if they are awoken by the rotary gods....maybe the PCM remembers all the WOT times and are adjusting accordingly even during normal "spirited" driving?

I asked a few days ago in the sticky thread but I guess it got so stick that no one even looks at it.

THANKS A TON!

Rx-8 @ Shannonville

I have noticed that also after a nice weekend at the track. It goes away in a few days of normal driving so just go ahead with the reset.

You know you had a good day when your exhaust tips have a fine white film from the soot being burned off. I do miss The Glenn
