Dirty oil??

Question Dirty oil??
I have noticed a greasy tan colored substance on the dipstick when I check the oil. The oil and filter have been changed at the recommended intervals so it shouldn't be dirty oil. Is it a rotary thing? Does anybody know what this is or have you seen it on your RX-8?

It is condensation building up in the dipstick tube. There is a bulletin from Mazda to prevent this from occuring, but it is not a big deal.
