different years batteries

i have an 04 rx8, and was wondering if the 05, and 06 batteries are compatible and what the differences were? If anyone has an answer pls email me at jayjoiner@gmail.com. thanks!

Its bigger, and has a stronger CCA (cold cranking temp) of I think 640 ? or 600 dont remember.

U still dont have it ?

Any 12V car battery that fits in the battery box with enough room for cooling airflow is "compatible" but a stronger battery is better. There is a TSB describing this and markings on the battery box to guide you with physical size. As long as it fits within the markings, the more powerful the better. As far as I know the dimensions of the battery box itself have not changed from 2004. 2004 batteries for RX8 models sold in warmer climates were too weak.
