Cylinder 2 misfiring?????????? HELP

my engine check light came on couple days ago, so i took it to a local autozone to have them check it with the link cables. and error message poped up on there shows that my cylinder 2 is misfirings... wtf... theres no cylinders on rx8.
does anyone know what the problem is? iam afaird to take it to the dealership cuz i got aftermarket intake and pulleys on there. i don't want them to cost me labor just to plug in a computer and check. also another error message saying that theres a miss communicate with ABS system. what does it that suppose to mean.
HELP

not sure about the ABS code, but the miss fire code happens alot, happened to me, it should clear after a couple cycles (drive the car around the next couple days, the code will clear itself). Now if you keep misfiring weekly, then you have a problem, but if this is the first time i wouldn't sweat it.

I'm sure they mean rotor 2. The codes output all the same.

there are 2 rotors......one rotor plays the same roll of a cylinder, but just go with what dillsrotary said. i'm just saying that our rotors are our 'cylinders'

don't have anyone turn it off, drive for a couple days. Does the car perform any differently? See i doubt its a serious issue like your coils or cat because you would def feel a sluggish engine compared to what you are use to.

For the ABS, make sure your sensors are all tight. They connectors go into the wheel hubs and can sometimes get loose from vibration.

well you didn't mention that the first time

research coils on this site, and worse comes to worse head to the dealer.

No.

If you walk into a dealership now they can blame your pulley to be a problem ...

No. Pulley is an aftermarket add on that can give the dealership a reason to refuse covering your car. How recently did you install the pullies? You might need to reset the Eccentric shaft profile memory (20 brake stomps) a have the ECU relearn the pulllies
