Angry Clutch Problems

HI,
Im new to the Rotary engine, but not new to cars.

I just removed and replaced the clutch with a new stage 2, and a flywheel /w counter weight.

Everything bolted up alright. even thow the counter weight can go on eather way, but i have the machined surfaced side of it bolted to the engine. just as the company told me. i torqued, the 2 1/8in nut to 355fp, just as Alldata said. bolted the flywheel to 55fp, to the weight, and then aligned the cluctch and the pressure plate and bolted the plate to 19 fp, just as alldata said.

But im at a loss i have been bleeding the slave cyl for 2 hours and grav bleed it for 2 hours so 4 hours of bleeding.

The clutch will NOT Realses. i took it to the dealer and they dont know what is wrong.

The clutch is right everything is to spec. For is to work with my RX.

Any suggestions??

And if it i wanted to returen the clutch i cant. i dealer has had it for 2 Freakin weeks. so im out of the returen time.

Is your clutch hydraulic system okay? No leaks?

If the counterweight is on backwards, the flywheel will be "pushed" further back against the disk.
Here is my counterweight... no way this can go on either way:

i am 100% sure the counter weight is on right, i ment it can go on eather way as in 1 way is right and 1 way is wrong. I know this because its tapered. if its on wrong it wont go on all the way.

No oil leakin when it was running.

and as to the hydl system being ok, im not sure. there is no external leakage but they may be some internal bypass in slave and/or Cutch master Cyl.

The pedal feels light compaired to my buddy joe's RX8.

eather way i think im goin to be buyin both the master cyl and the slave cyl. but i have over a week to w8 for the slave and a 4 day w8 for the master cyl.

my clutch pedal bracket broke on one side were it bolts to the firewall on my 8 not to long ago, I had to weld it back together .It just grinded the gears a little when I would shift and the pedal had alot less tention like you explained.Easy fix if you have a welder.

Thank you for all of your ideas. and help

Found the problem, it was the bolts supplied by the company.

they didnt hold the trq but felt normal when goin in, i inspected everything 1 last time at the dealership. they where straching when trq. down but got tight.

Bought new bolts for the flywheel for a bolt supply company an now the flywheel is flush.

I was weird that i would trq them down and it would be flush But when i would aplly the clutch they would move out and the clutch would not release. because the pressure spring would move out and cause the travel to be further.

Bolts: 1 the thing i didnt even look at.

But still dont know if the clutch works because the Dealership is doin a 100% rebuild because of my 2nd to 3rd grind and my 3rd to 4th grind.

So new clutch with a 1st-6th rebuilt trans
