Changing brakes

Hi all! I'm planning to do a complete overhaul of my braking system. I'm going to get my rotors, pads, lines and fluids changed in all 1 shot. Whilst i'm at it I'm going to paint my calipers as well. I've read most of the DIYs here and already have a general idea how I'm going to get all these change. But I do have a couple of questions. If I intend to use better brake oil (RBF 600 for that matter) should I just let the oil from before run dry whilst i work on my lines? Also I read that for the rear rotors I require some kind of service tool to push the pads out. Is there a way around that or where can I get this tool? Thanks all!

The pads don't need to be pushed out... you're probably referring to the caliper piston.
There is a tool for the piston (which ShellDude mentioned above), but you can use a needle nose pliers to turn it.
I just did this on my 8 a few weeks ago.

Replace the components you plan to replace then worry about the brake fluid. You will then need to bleed the brakes to flush out the existing fluid and at the same time replace it with the new fluid. Check the factory service manual for instructions on bleeding the brakes.

Make it easy on yourself by picking up one of these tools at your local auto parts store. They are inexpensive and will save you time and keep you from munging up the rear caliper pistons with some other inappropriate tool. You will need a socket ratchet to use the tool.
