im putting a renesis into a FC...

there will be nothing original outside of the core. i have never worked with a renesis yet and am trying to find information on the stock CAS.

is it similar to the 13b one? any pics of it would be great too. basically, any information regarding wiring into aftermarket or FC coils with MSD would be great.

 

No they aren't the same. Not even close. What you'll want to do is to use the FC front cover and all of the washers, thrust bearing, spacers, etc from the 13B on the front of the Renesis. Then just use the 2nd gen CAS. It's easier that way. You may need to get a little created on the oil pan but that's not as hard as making the Renesis crank trigger work.

what about oil pump and all that?

you think you could explain a little more in detail how to convert it to a rx7 CAS???
