Unhappy Car Doesn't Start. Need Help Ignition Problem.

Hi guys.
Let me start you with what happened from the beginning.
Winter arrived in Mongolia 2 Months ago, nevertheless, I parked my car in the garage. It has been sitting there for a while. I know that my car battery was dying, so I replaced a new battery 3 Days ago. And engine started pretty normally. I tried the night after just hear the nice sound of my car. I missed it so much been 2 months.
Anyways to the problem, this Morning, I received my goodies from staticlag, good seller. I got my RB Gauges and etc.
I was so eager to install it in my car, so I turned the ignition on, but i don't know what happened it didn't turn on.
I'm not sure how to explain it correctly, but i think maybe i enriched the spark plugs. I believe there is fuel in the spark plug. its wet and its not turning on.
So the question or the help I need from you guys is:
Is there any other thread if you know, how to remove the parts above the plugs to reach the spark plug wholes from the top to clean the spark plugs?
Or can you guide me with this to DIY?
Last time the plugs got wet was when I took my car to the paint shop to install my new unpainted MS body Kit. It was Summer, and the tech shop was close to teh body shop. Now this time, my car is in garage very far from the city, and it is almost impossible for me to take it to tech. I need to do this on my own, in my garage soon as possible. Please please someone help me?

It's really easy... just take off the plastic cover under the car and the ignition wires will be right there. Remove the wire and there's your plugs!

Yes, you can heat the plugs to 'dry' them, it's an old trick.

When all the plugs are out, put the throttle to 'max' and turn the engine over with the starter - the gas is cut off when your foot is to the floor, and you will clear any liquid/fuel out before putting the clean plugs back in.

Ok another problem occurred.
I took out the plugs, as instructed in thread above, was going very well.
Until I broke one of the plugs. I cranked it rough.
So no luck at all for me this time.
I will have to order new plugs. and maybe I should order the BHR ignition coils as well now. I was thinking of waiting until Summer to buy most everything from BHR.
