Took my '04 to Councours BMW Mazda Mercedes SAAB in milwaukee. I have never had better service in my life. I thought since mazda is on the low end of their tier that i would be treated differently, but that was not the case. They gave me a brand new cx-7 to use free of charge and my car was done the next day, (they called earlier to tell me they overnighted the parts). fThey replaced the airbag cover and insulated it (to fix the rattling problem), lubricated and cleaned the sunroof, to stop it from rattling. Did the emissions recall, reflash, and replaced plugs to stop the rough idling and hard starting. All of this at no charge. From my understanding, they could have charged me for the rattling fixes if they wanted. Anyone in the milwaukee area, I highly reccommend this dealership! I dont have to hear annoying squeeks and rattles now eaither... well maybe a little
