Brake Squeal - Won't Go away & I'm out of ideas
I'll upgrade to 15" Rotors and new Brembo Calapers.... HaHa Actually The pads are $45 and then the time installing is a lot more to me
Then there is the performance gain switching to brembo system.

WOW - I haven't even heard of thin rotors. Dose anyone KNOW if the 8’s brakes are indeed using these rotors? How could these “disposable-rotors” be more cost effective? Is there a benefit?

I've never heard of any manufacturer using thin rotors and it doesn't like anything a manufacturer would do. Rotors are bigg a$$ heat sinks and making thinner rotors would not be a smart thing to do because they would heat up to higher temps and warp very easily. People that have cars that are only a couple of miles into the warranty would be complaining about their car/steeringwheel shaking when slowing down, Thats if an accident isn't caused by a cracked rotor.

I thought the dealer had fixed my Squeal problem by replacing all the pads and turning the rotors but now the Squeal is back! Any one know of some good after market PADs!. that have the reputation of not Squealing. I have been searching the internet, but haven't found any except the kevlar ones.
Note: I did paint my rotors and calipers to stop the rust, and i mades sure i did not get any on the brake area of the rotors!
I used paint from NAPA that was rated to 1200F!

I have no clue about them being on different 8's but the squeel I'm convinced that it's the pad compound coz I've done everything I can think of to fix it and so has the dealer. I noticed that the pads have some metallic particles in them and when I removed them they had rust spots in them and I noticed it went away when I cleaned them and removed the rust. I'm thinking another compound would work better and release less dust. Anybody know of any Carbon Kevlar pads?
