Same as Stock size is M-108

Bigger size is M-110 (will not fit if you have sandwich adapter installed)

[QUOTE=SayNoToPistons;3903632]Anyways, I have been using a larger than stock size oil filter. I forgot the model. I only use Mobil 1 or OEM.

If you find out the model for the larger than stock oil filter let me know please

Size comparison between a M1-110 and OEM size:

626 OEM also fits for an over-sized oil filter.

No need to overthink. The stock Mazda filters are quite good.

The series 2 filter, made by Tokyo Roki, is considered by 'experts' as one of the best on the market.

One of my cars is a turbo Subaru, and the consensus of opinion on Nasioc and IWISTi is to use the TR Mazda OEM filter (and the best price they could get was here on RX8 club, at Mazmart!)

Legacy Owners love 'em!

500h.p. STi's - nothing beats an OEM RX8 filter....
