Balljoint, control arm question/lower table! ned help ASAP

Alright so long story short, I went across the border to pick something up in Plattsburgh and I had hit a huge bump which had destroyed my balljoint.
I had to rent a car and everything to get back and I have to give it back tomorrow.

I was told you can't just order a ball joint, you have to order the whole lower table, which is the control arm right?

I'm buying a lower table from some auto part store, does the balljoint and the lower table come together, or do I have to order them seperately?

Any help at all is appreciated, thanks!

You might need the adjuster boots as well
