Any advice on pull starting?

Actually, this is what I did:
Near your front wheels, there are two big holes (I guess they are the wheel mounts) you can thread your tow rope through. Made a triangle and attached the long end to the hitch of the 4-runner. Took about 10 seconds (didn't even know it was started) of pulling it in 2nd gear for it fire up. I waved at my brother to stop...wondering why it wasn't firing....when I realized it was already fired up (love that quiet engine!).
So, lesson learned and now, I have a tow rope in my trunk just in case it ever happens again. Saved some money! I LOVE FORUMS!
