The wire attached to the lug is the power wire...the plug has the control wores from the ECU

ok so im guessing i just leave those 2 small wires alone.i guess once i get car started if main kill switch wont kill alt then one of those 2 wires will have to go thru the kill switch

the power line for the alternator runs from the bolt to the fuse box. Its the white wire bolted in the upper left hand corner. The black wire right next to it goes to the battery. So if you put the kill switch on both the white wire from the alternator and the black from the battery the fuse box will have no power.

the fuse box has power going to it.the black wire that was on the starter wire now goes from kill switch to fuse box then main large alt wire goes from kill switch to alt.this is a 4 post kill switch for a racecar so power must kill everything with one turn of kill switch.only wires i need to know do what are the 2 small wires coming out of alt.

im guessing one is for warning light when alt is going bad the other i think is a charge wire??

As Dan mentioned, they both go to the ECU. one goes to the ignition and the other I believe either the starter or fuel pump. if you put your kill switch on both the white wire coming from the alternator and the black going to the battery the car wont run. Both of those wires screw directly to the main power bar in the fuse box so the car will draw from either one. Don't worry about the other two, they should not cause an issue. See the picture below. Those are the two wires that power the car, kill them both and your good. And why would you wire the starter to the kill switch? that doesn't make sense since it is only powered when turning the ignition...

ok i got it now.and reason to run power out of kill switch is because thats the rules all power going out has to come from output side of kill switch.battery line goes into kill switch and everything else goes out the kill switch.if you were to run anything out of the fuse box from battery the kill switch would not kill the car because alt would keep power going to fuse box.at any rate i have it all worked out now.car starts and runs then when i turn off kill switch everything loses power including alt
