got some questions, no its not about power.

alright i got a few questions, most of them are about terminology on the site and some questions about them. first off, whats a group buy? i see it popping up here and there and i just cant seem to figure out what it means. (i know that more than two people put money into getting the part)
second question; what is a PM? i cant even think of what that is, so im at a loss.

thirdly, since i've recently realized that what the Rx8 lacks in power it makes up for in great handling, any suggestions on a suspension, tires or anything else that can push the envelope on fun and hard driving?

thanks in advance

Cool Q....

A group gets together to negotiate a good price, maybe a piece that has to be imported, one guy does the "buy" and they split shipping. The forum charges a small fee for the service.

PM means Private Message, they are in the section at the top of the forum. You can send and receive from other members.

as for suspension there are a lot of different options you could go with. most people either just change the springs or put in a new coilover suspension. you could also throw in some stiffer sway bars. i just got the tein basic suspension but havent gotten a chance to install them. as for tires a lot of people go with toyo, falken, and others that i cant remember right now. just look around and you will find everything.

there are actually a good number of people on this forum the race/auto-x. just look in the competition section. i dont have the sway bars in my car. i only purchased the coilover suspension which is shocks and springs. its been too cold to install them so im just waiting for the steady warm weather. i also just noticed that your a pilot, so am i . i'm based in morristown(kmmu)
