Does anyone know if the Esmeril Turbo (new precision yadayada version) is compatible with the Cobb AP?

What are the positive and negative views on regular and ball-bearing turbos?

from esmeril no, but can be blow through = yes/maybe/issues? + injectors need to be changed
or after intake changes can be = yes + injectors need to be changed
