Question about Air Intake

Can you please advise if TAKEDA "POLISHED" AIR INTAKE - 2004-09 MAZDA RX-8 would help increase horsepower? Any other small upgrades I can do to add a bit more horse power to my 04 Automatic RX8 would be helpful.
