Thats nice power and impressive kit, I found the japanese website that they have. They are using the Greddy T-67 Turbo and a Greddy E-Manage. Thats some impressive numbers and if they have had the kit going for a year, that proves the RX8 can handle that power output for extended period of time. Wouldn't that be nice everyday 350whp RX8 daily driver. :D

I wonder if the having the turbo in that place produces any heat problems?

that's why they relocated the battery and put a heat shield on the turbine side to alleviate the problem. PTP turbo kit looks something like that, and the location of the turbo is only thing i'm worried about. They said they will give heat shield, so we'll see how well that works.

I hoped that someone else would notice Phoenix's across the pond. 355 PS was and is still impressive by any standards. I used their precedent as a basis for the fact that nothing was impossible with this car. Whil everyone was still toiling and dabbling here Stateside, Phoenix's had already figured it out. BTW, does anyone have any good specs on a T67? What's the Garrett equivalent in terms of size?

I'm interested as well. I googled but didn't find anything solid. People used T3 and T04 in the same sentences as the T67 but I couldn't find anything that showed any sort of relations.

I know the kit has been around a while, so im curious how the car is holding up. im guessin well. if so then that is a good sign for higher HP kits.

the RE kit is the same as the greddy...they probably used superior EMS though to increase the boost to get 256/324 (believable since the 4 port flows better down low, but doesn't go to 9000rpm)
