You drove it with zeros in the maps?
Do you have any idea what you are doing? At all?

Did you do the injector math? Do you have a datalog of the injector pulse widths under any condition? Any at all?

Why are you doing this to yourself and you car?

The OEM PCM is trying to compensate for the 22:1 A/F it thinks it is seeing because of the WBO2S dongle. It has no idea that you are in boost and you are not telling the EMU to do anything about it.
Its just dumb luck that any of the true A/Fs are acceptable (and they are not).

LIke I said it makes no sense why it had perfect air fuelfor the first 10 miles. Even after resting everything. Zeros on everything, im going to check the board and see if it burned a chip or somthing. The timing worked though, I saw that from the data logs. And im not killing my car guy, I have about 32,000 miles boosted. It always goes fat and not lean. Many people have ridden in my car when I had the blue emanage in it, it ran perfect and I tuned it in just fine.

You do realize that you have your auto-tune function turned on and you have set values for the closed-loop regions.
Auto-tune only stores the values when you save them, otherwise it is constantly adjusting the target map and then erasing the changes when you turn the engine off.
Also, you are tuning with duty cycle, which I told you not to do.
You are also running with the ignition channels assigned to one MAP even though you are entering values into seperate MAPs for trailing and leading.
Also, you are not running a restrictor on the MAP sensor and it is causing your pressure numbers to fibrillate - which makes it really hard to tune accurately.
There is something weird with the way your injectors are wired as well - your primart and secondary are synched for some reason, which shouldn't happen naturally (this also partially explains why it is rich in boost).

I understand that you are getting seemingly good A/F numbers (though you have a huge hole about 1 second after throttle tip-in). What you are failing to realize is that you are getting them by accident.
If you want to continue to have random engine management, feel free to continue as you are.

I'm done here.

Guess we both have 2 different applications. Youd think if I plugged in your maps it would run but it when I go in to boost it falls on its face and stalls. I even tried trimming fuel and it runs fine till you touch boost and blah then stall. I even zeroed your maps one at a time and the same thing happens. Why is that. Youd think it would run but it dosnt, like I say 2 different apllications. If you think you can write a map that would work, jump. If you choose not to except the challenge, dont tell someone who has that he dosnt now what hes doing and blow a gasket.

Are you running 2.0?

My MAPs can't be plugged in to a 4-port and work.
But you can use the resultant pulse width as a starting point to make your own MAPs.

Yup, thats all I was asking for. Set the parammeter settings like you have [rember I have no cat] set a base map that I might be able to work with with the info you have on my injector size. I can work off of that.

Pink wire? Which one is that?
You mean the pink/red?!? That is the input for the secondary injector on the front rotor.
Cutting that would be a very bad thing.

You mean this one?

Not on the Emanage, on the ECU. Its a stock rx-7 3rd gen. temp sensor.

It goes to the front o2 sensor, we did it with the blue and solved that problem, just checked if it would work on the ultimate. I think it did. I played with the tune a little last night, ill tell you if it trims in the next couple of days. Running good also.

Yah, I figured that part out. I'm trying to understand what the "pink" wire is on the PCM and why he would cut it.

MM - The ECU Pink wire is the Front Heated O2 Sensor return. It goes to PCM pin #2C.

Moon - you should NOT need to cut that wire with the Emanage Ultimate. Solder it back together.

You have got to be kidding me. How is the CEL treating you?

But you are using it incorrectly. You weren't fixing anything.
