Haaa your avatar rocks!, I was going to pm you but i didnt want to bother you with my project
the ric shaw ecu says it can be use with nitrous but they never talk about a wet system in there manuel only a dry system. I'M trying to see if i can get a unit that would switch the ric shaw off when I'm ready to shoot the juice but had no luck .I contacted maurice about his stage 3 but it will not work with the ric shaw thats a nice unit hes selling you can have multi maps and change them from inside the car. Anyone know were i can find more information and this ric shaw unit ?????

I used the canzoomer stage 3 computer for my nitrous kit, i had two maps saved on the greddy E-01, one for nitrous and the other was for N/A. I would download the maps whenever the time was needed, and as long as it was before 4,000 rpms. I used the nitrous express wet kit with the 100 shot nozzle, and used the nitrous express maximizer to let the nitrous come on progressively.( kinda like a turbo), the combo worked well.

I think when talking to maurice he might be able to modify the canzoomer so you can get a input for reading a pressure sensor. If it could be done your right it would be alot easier, the going map to map.
As far as performance, it was fast never measured it. I only sprayed it a few times. Unfortanetly i have decided to get rid of my 8, so i took out all of the my upgrades(nitrous, ecu, midpipe, etc.) The rx8 just isn't for me.

Well I'm browsing through the tsi unit manuel and reading alot of interesting things this unit can do. it has a launch rev. limiter in which you can set at different rpm in different gears. also has a program for nitrous in which it adds a programable amount of fuel when the nitrous is activated to each injector .also has a fuel cut off setting to cut fuel at any rpm you set it at.whats interested is that i can add any amount of fuel meaning i can make injector 1 have more gas flowing then the other ones not sure if thats a good thing or not but sounds interesting, Maybe charles can jump in on this as to were this would be a good thing. Tell you one thing the more i keep reading this the better it sounds. I;m not sure if the e manage can do this but from looking into this unit it has many other features. not sure if it can all be use for this car or not.

I think the answer might be the nitrous maximizer I'M really leaning into getting it .but you never know if the 100 shot was acting good in blown 8 car . I'll keep you guys updated but i dont want to go with a 55 shot .I will go no lower then 75 but leaning into 100 SHOT and no less. Also i will get my car dynoed with out the shot and with it of nitrous.

Hi guys, I am intrigued by the Nitrous technology and am considering having a go at installing a ZEX system.
My mechanic buddy tells me that I need to be sure that the RX8 has a return line in the fuel injection system that I can identify and use, Also, something about getting past the traction control system ??
You can tell by these questions I am a real novice - should that stop me from going ahead with a dry Nitrous system
I have a 2004 "M" flash 4 speed A/T - Yeh, that's why I need the extra boost !!

the traction control can be disabled by simple pressing the button on your driver side keep it press for like 5 seconds and you will see some lights come on on your dash. now go smoke some tires :D
