Ngo, I saw your car at SS13, and im curious as to what you do profession-wise if you dont mind me asking. Your car was clean as hell at SS13 and you seem to have gotten this engine if relatively fast by yourself?

Ok let's update.
Car has been running for the past week, though I've only put 50 miles on it thus far. No leaks showing on my floor, but I did spot a bit of coolant around a bolt the other day. Will check that when I'm back under the car later this week. My throw out bearing seems to be a bit louder than before (I think..maybe maybenot), but granted I didn't replace it this time around, I can live with it. The car is super quiet with the clutch pedal depressed.
Have not attempted boost or even loads above 70% as I am waiting for a base map tune from MM. I have messed with the tune myself via ATR and my idle and cruise are pretty solid though I don't trust myself to work on the higher loads.
I did a compression test last Sunday with zero miles on the engine:
Front: 105 106 109 @ 250 RPM
Rear: 115 116 122 @250 RPM
I am curious to see if the compression goes up with mileage since from what I hear it takes time for a rebuilt engine to seal properly. We will see again at 100 miles.

I have 3 wastegate actuators. A 7 psi HKS actuator, a 10 psi HKS actuator, and a 7 psi Garrett actuator from MM.
I also have 3 Garrett turbine housings. A T28 .64 A/R housing, a T28 .86 housing with ported wastegate, and a T28 .86 housing (non-ported) machined by ATP.
I am currently running the latest for both.

haha. Thanks!
In other news, I decided to take a break from the car for a while today and working on something else.
Yup, chipped Apex Seal. And its all there. I guess I should be glad the chip happened at the bottom side of the seal and propagate to the top instead of chipping at the top and taking out my turbo.

But it did do some damage. There is a tiny chip in the rotor where the crack is.

And it will cost a bit more because of this.
