From what I understand stock injectors will go near 300 whp, but anything around that range and higher would need upgraded injectors. Upgraded ignition won't hurt, but is not a requirement, although new plugs are definitely called for.

the ignition runs into spark blowout around 330whp under optimum conditions. if you are just a tad on the safe side(rich afr) it comes sooner than that. the coils are barely adequate for stock application imo.
what kane said about injectors, though i'd never want to run any injectors at that high duty cycle i'd upgrade injectors myself before i got much over 250-275

I just recently bought a used greddy turbo because mine died. I swapped it out so that I would have a 2nd turbo and avoid the downtime while having it rebuilt every 20,000miles.
I am VERY interested in your upgraded turbo because its only a matter of time before my other one dies also.
I upgraded the wastegate actuator to this: http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...gory_Code=WGT1
It works perfectly but my mechanic had to fabricate a custom bracket to make it work and it rattles against something metal at idle. There is very little room to upgrade the wastegate. He said the arm would need to be shorter to have good clearance.
I guess my blown turbo will be sent out to you for the “special” rebuild.

I just caught this. The actual measurements of the T04E 60 trim and 60-1 compressor wheels are very similar, and I have run a 60-1 on my own car (T04S). What makes them perform so differently? I know the compressor maps have different shapes but the 60-1 compressor map floating around does not have efficiency listed in % values, so how do we know it's that much different? Isn't the 60-1 a 6 blade wheel and the T04E 60 trim a 7 blade wheel?

Im no hero. I just do what I do.
The 60 trim and 60-1 have 2 totally different maps. 60-1 flows 8-10 lb/min more than the 60 trim. .108 lb/min equals 1 HP. So Divide 10 lb/min by .108. A difference of 92 HP. Now the 60 trim spools much faster than the 60-1 but who cares about 300-500 RPM spool difference.
Remember a wankel takes 20% more air flow to generate a HP. So in rotary terms .1296 lb/min equals 1 hp. I love comfusing people hahaha.

I can not discuss pricing since I am not a vendor. This thread is information about the product only.

Whats up Jason.
I think what you need to do is offer the greddy kit on the shelf with my additions upgraded injectors and a good base tune on one of those Cobb plug in units. Just something conservative. It would be the best thing just to prevent premature turbo failure, make way more power, and really make that kit more desireable to the public.
Jason does good business with me and I have never had a problem with him not paying or not communicating. He has marketed my stuff since I opened back in 2001.
