My numbers were achieved with the stock cat and the B&B exhaust. My cat has since been deep fried! Now I have the TurboXS racepipe and exhaust and will install them in the near future. After that, it's back to the dyno for tuning.

With this setup, 300+ rwhp will easily be achieved.

 

Wow nice mine has no cat and i used the greddy sp2 cat back, i'm thinking of getting the hks single exhuast that's made for turbo'd 8's to see if i can eek some more power out of it before i get the gt35 turbo.

 

Best bang for you buck is to get the turboxs full race system with th midpipe. They are having a deal on it. $499 for exhaust + midpipe.

 

and type A, B, C .... and so on.

 

should i just wait for the mazsport turbokit to come out? or get the greddy?

You can't be serious.... have you read about what you will have to do to get the greddy to even START running correctly? The mazsport kit is going to be a complete solution.

 

I think this short video speaks volumes about the community's anticipation of this kit.

HAHAHAHAHA never. Not to knock these guys but its sooo damn hard to make a kit work on this car. I think they need all the time they want and get this kit right.

Well, we are in Irvine now and have finished dynoing the RX8 for tonight. I dont want to give you the numbers just yet because the duty belongs to a fellow club member.....

the weather is great, the natives are nice, and the sounds coming off of the dyno were strong.....
