Need Help setting up my boost controller!
I just installed the Greddy E-01...
It seems pretty to use when I read some threads on here suggesting on how to set-up the controller
Current setup
LO:
Set: 50%
Gain: 0
Start boost: 5.2
Baseline WITHOUT contoller on is around 5PSI
So now I should be netting 7.5 PSI correct?
Ilde without AC: ~-7.0 to ~-7.5 PSI
IDLE with A/C: ~-7.5 to ~-8.2 PSI
Coasting in-gear: -11PSI
ok..so am I on the right track?
I am getting a fluttering sound...sounds like a valve opening and closing really fast.
and My limiter is OFF.
whats wrong.
next...
Where can I tap into the RPM signal coming from the ECU.
the E-01 askes for that when installed to log my RPM/Boost.

Hold on- you're running MORE vacuum with the A/C on?? That doesn't sound right....
Anyways
That little "fluttering" sound you are hearing is the solenoid for the E-01 opening and closing; it's like a fast moving "tap tap tap", right? That is normal.
As far as setting it up, everyone's will be a little different due to different climate conditions, setups, boost levels, etc.
I would try using the Auto Learn feature on the E-01. You'll need to do it at night with a big stretch of road, because it will want you to go full throttle in 2nd and 3rd gear until redline. You can just do both in 2nd gear, it doesn't know if you're in 3rd gear or not, but be prepared to go fast.
If that doesn't work, try bumping up your gain until your boost curve is smoothed out. Try using Graph 3 (the graphing display) of the E-01 so you monitor your boost curve.
