Hey 8 lovers. I've been reading this fourm for some time now and I find it very informative. You all seem like great people . I own a 05 velocity red mannual trans. Warrenties are expiring soon and like all of you, I grave more speed and torque. I'll just get to the point.
How many of you have actually purchased this Esmeril kit besides "Importshowoff84"?. Is this kit still available? I have tried to contact Esmeril racing with no success. I have also tried "Mazdaparts" with no responce . I plan on perchasing this kit along with the ignition upgrade but now I'm a little leary. Anyone who is running this setup or just the turbo PLEASE respond to this post with as much feedback as you can. If any of you have been in contact with Cris from Esmeril let me know. One more thing, can the cluch (which seems like a weak link) handle this sort off power over extended periods of time?

The transmission is more likely to die on you than the clutch.

 

Go to the For Sale Threads and get NGORX's kit. He's selling it dirt cheap!

just search for how many clutches failed vs transmissions.

Isn't there an 8yr/100k mile warranty now? Don't let that stop you from FI though lol.

he has just had a change in what he wants... different turbo kits have different inherent properties.
