My Esmeril turbo Video!!!
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/R...htm#commentTop
The video is on the link above.
Car is running around 8-9 psi (atmosphere dump wastegate and BOV) with conservative tune and meth injection. Also on old spark plugs...I was doing the filming and Chris was doing the driving. He shifts really really fast! Sorry for the windy sound inside the car. We were street tuning and had to run cable from the Microtech into the cabin through the front passenger window.
We did 2nd and 3rd gear pulled and then a 3rd to 4th gear pulled. Car pulls hard and I had a hard time holding on to the seat on the back to get the camera to stay still. From my stop watch, it goes from 30-50 mph in 1.67 sec in 2nd gear and from 60-85 mph took 3.78 sec in 3rd -4 gear. Note that we only shift at 8000 rpm or so. I love torque!
I have not put the car on the dyno yet. I don't know what the hp is right now but it pulls hard even with old plugs. Car can be a lot quicker but for now I will stay with what I have and get use to driving it. I plan on changing spark plugs this week per Chris recommendation along with new Manacore 10mm ignition wires.
I wish we are on a high way so we can go to higher speed with straight smoother road and cleaner pull without worry about deers and stuffs.
Enjoy!

Yes, cops around here are like lions. They park around bushes stalking prays. We were lucky that the car we saw wasn't a cop car. I had cops follow me quite often. Some are smarter than others where they drive behind trucks and keep an eye on me. I always check my mirrors for cops so I just put in cruise control and just **** them off. I usually drive at speed limit anyway so cop is not really an issue. I have more issue with guys driving hondas than anything else these days.

Be safe is better than be sorry. Tune it rich and you don't have to worry much about detonation. There is plenty of power even when it tunes rich. If you want it to be even safer to run FI, install water meth injection and it will help reduce the chance of detonation.

So I did a baseline Dyno to see were we started and my car put down 181Whp on my 2004 6 speed with 63k miles. As we started the tear down we notices the intake was soaping wet with oil! I didn't do my lat oil change my friend who owns a shop did it and apparently he over filled it? We just installed the greddy oil pan so i wounder if that had anything to do with it? The car smoked like hell on the Dyno because of all that extra oil in the combustion system and i wounder if it hurt my numbers some?

Your friend over filled the oil. Clean the intake tubes and check if the MAF sensor is dirty. If the MAF is dirty, yes it will hurt your number. Run an oil catch can and watch the oil filled level and you should be fine. You got many miles on your engine. Do over all engine check before you install the kit. And make sure the car has a good tune and take it easy during the break in. Good luck man.
