Got my midpipe welded up and put on. Too tired to fabricate the splitter and tips so I just put my downturn on the end of my midpipe.
Car sounds PERFECT!!! Nowhere near as loud and raspy. Much more docile at low revs but ramps up to a perfect high scream with revs. I can definitely hear the tone similarity to my vette(had the same mufflers).

I need to find a friend with a decent video camera so I can share it with you guys :D

So I've been driving the car around tonight. I was right about the Wideband and the downturn. It reads properly now. And amazingly, my AFRs are nearly dead on to what I set them at. I havent scaled my MAF or anything...Still running on the tune I put together before the car was even finished. As soon as it rolls into boost the car goes to 12.3 and then slides down to 11.3 as RPM and Boost climbs. Obviously I'm leaving a bunch of power on the table with my timing and being so rich, but I'm very happy to see it doing what I want it to
I want to get my final Filter setup figured out before I bother tuning it though since my MAF will likely read a bit different depending on the changes.

11.3=too rich?

I am running at 10.5 right now, which is on the edge of bogging (and occasionally does.)

But congrats on the build.

Just an update. Car is still running fine. I've been driving it to work and around town the last week. No problems. Doesnt run hot. No leaks.

Tune is still rough but functional. I've got the idle and stalling fixed and given it a little timing back so it can make power and build boost. Still not beating on it, just little rolls into power here and there while monitoring my guages.

I've just bought some Yukon/BHR coils. Also working on some stock injectors to send off to be uncapped and flowmatched.

I'll get those installed and finish the tune. Now when I finally put it on the Dyno the only limiter will be my clutch....wonder how many 15PSI pulls it would live through

Sure, just for a pull or two. As hung up as people are on dyno numbers lately, it would be nice to hang a 350+ in my Sig

Then I could get in your thread and see how my $2600 Turbo kit stacks up

if you are going to run 15psi I would get water/meth injection
it only takes one detonation episode to ruin your engine
then you look retarded trying to make a dyno queen

Nothing really new. Car is running fine, I'm daily driving it at 7.5 PSI. Thats as high as I can go on the stock injectors, hitting 93% duty cycle at that boost in 3rd with my turbo. I have bought some extra stock injectors to send off to be uncapped and flowmatched. Also still havent installed my upgraded coils, figure I'll do it all at once.

Never mind the 350 whp this turbo should make 400whp and decent low down torque as well - lets see you do it Mawnee .

You may need a bigger intercooler though .............

My injectors will ship out Monday to KGparts to be uncapped and flowmatched.
Hopefully I'll find some time in the next couple of weeks to get them installed along with my coils.
Then I'll go ahead and get my boost controller hooked up and setup. I've been running without it to this point since I cant turn up the boost anyway.

Was the Ebay intercooler any good ?
What size intercooler do you have ? Will a 600x300x76 fit in there without modifying the front x-member ?

Cheers
