Log Manifold (SFR/Esmeril) Vs Tubular (turboblown) Turbo Manifolds, and setups

I know its not the exact turbo, however it is a lot closer comparison as a 1.06 GT35R is very close to a .84 turbine P trim housing( even so this one is a .70 according to the build thread). Compressor wheels are also very similar. I have attached a photo of the difference between the turbine wheels.
Results again are tipping in favor of the tubular manifold design, boost comes on sooner, and higher rpms carry more power, and this is still at lower boost pressure.

I'm afraid I don't. Either Ray or Jeff might as they were with the car, I'm still in Afghan-o-land. You can read exactly what Ray told me in my build thread about what the boost was doing.
Also, I am very curious about the idea of adapting one of your manifolds to my kit, PM me if you would be willing to take a look at it and possible cost involved. The results would quell this entire discussion!

wanted, its only a 60hp difference, and I am still incline to believe this is due to the turbo selection, what you should do is match Turblown 426whp turbo for yours then go back the dyno..

Possibly, but unless I'm mistaken, and I very well could be, I think our turbos are pretty similar. Here is mine

Uh, whut? CFM is almost as useless as PSI.

Wanted has one of those "Gizmo" boost controllers that I knew absolutely nothing about. Tony from UMS and I spent a good 20 minutes trying to decipher the instructions. In all, it seems like a good controller, but it wasn't intuitive at all.
We basically got it to hit 12 PSI as a sort of "spike" (you can see it in the dyno plot) which immediately settled down to 11.5 PSI, trailing down to about 10.8 PSI at the redline.

an engine is moving air, cfm, the PSI is how much resistance the engine is providing, so I always thought that if one engine can make x power at 10psi with a curtain turbo while the same engine makes more power with the same 10psi but a different turbo, what is the change? I thought CFM is what makes the change, an I wrong?
