Limitations of the stock fuel pump?

As I am nearing the end of my Cosmo 13B swap in my RX8, I am wondering if anyone has done any serious research into the flow capacity of the stock fuel pump? I had initially heard numbers in the 200lph range, but have not heard anything definitive since then.

I have already converted the system into a return based system and am wondering whether i need to change the fuel pump to meet my goal of 400rwhp.

All thoughts/input welcome...
