Lightened Rotors and Ported Block

What kind of power do lightened rotors and ported block give.

Lightened rotors, on their own, don't add HP. They allow the engine to spin at a higher RPM and are easier on the engine.
As for porting, BHR has been working on engines for naturally aspirated cars. BDC has been working on porting for turboed cars. Start searching this forum and Aftermarket Performance Modifications for information regarding porting. Even after all this time, little experimentation, for the Renesis, has been done in this area. So, just stating numbers is really not possible.

I have been to BDC's shop and seen his artistry firsthand. His work applies to both NA and FI engines and I recommend him for Renesis porting without hesitation.

The majority of porting I have heard of seem to concentrate around enlarging the exhaust port.

Is a third port possible/

There's really not tons that can be done on the exhaust port. Too many things to be concerned with seal and spring wise. Not to mention the whole 90*, right-angle turn crap in that port to begin with...
