Let me ask a question here. With the ProTune software, how difficult is it to modify your base tune; specifically, is it a stand alone process or does it require online access to another tuner to analyze the data?

Second, I love the look of CNC. This is a freakin' piece of art, no doubt. I have a custom intake on my KTM SuperDuke machined from solid billet, no amount of hand fab can touch it.

Now, another question, seems stupid, but I have to ask. This kit is fitted with the engine in place, right? Also, what accomodations have to be made for the A/C line; the orientation of the screw housing puts it close to that line which has a 90 degree aluminum fitting about where the front corner of the blower housing will sit. Hymee, you kangaroo ridin' bloke, what's the skinny? Much respect to you, I've been watching you for two (?) years developing this beauty.

First answer: Pro Tuner allows you to alter any of the values in the tables/maps that have been "exposed". You can change the values to whatever you want. Included is ProLogger so you can log and analyse data, as well as the real-time (live) monitoring of sCANalyser Live.

The engine is not removed. Air-con not altered. We have a new CNC billet bracket for the A/C idler/tensioner, as the pressed steel stock unit gets in the way of the new serpentine drive belt for the blower.

Stock adjuster and bracket:

Billet bracket with integrated tensioner:

Cheers,
Hymee.

Some more pics. "Final" production version install happening today. No wonder I am awake at 4:00 am.

Rear Bearing Retainer and Mount:

Rear Bearing:

Nice 3D Discharge Adaptor. Hours of machining...

New simplified Bypass Valve design. One moving part. Details hidden!

Back-side of front mounting plate showing layshaft oil seal:

Come on. I know it gives wood. Don't be afraid to admit it.

Cheers,
Hymee.

09's shouldn't be a problem. Need to see one. 10 orders would make it easy :p .

It's really coming together Mark!

The engineering detail in this kit is really something to behold.

I've built just the rear section of the roll cage so far. The front section is to come. I'm gonna need it with one of your beasts under the bonnet.

To my Pacific Northwest brothers - Patience is a virtue for me right now I have time hopefully, since I brought a little life back into my Renesis v1.0

The Nemesis Project is idle for awhile...
