having blue smoke out from my tailpipe!
my car is blowing light blue smoke when cold start up, I wonder what will cause it to do that? it only happens when its cold start, nothing when the car is warmed!
I still havn't done the oil restrictor yet, but I'm not sure if that is the caused tho!
I also have a oil lead from the drain plug and the oil return line! but I don't think it will cause blue smoke from my tailpipe either!
so what do you guys think is the reason?

Depending on what's more acceptable given the circumstances:
He can use a different jet
He can machine the jet to a smaller size.
He can expand the internal diameter of the oil fitting slightly to get the jet to fit.
Is your oil fitting removable? It should be. Drilling would be the easiest in that case.
Take the fitting out. Measure the width of the jet and use the properly sized drill bit to widen the internal diameter of the opening.

I really don't know, all I know is he went from the driver side behind the front wheel and he had to take off the spark plugs in order to reach to the hose! I'm not even sure if he is on the right hose or not!
I really don't want to bring it back to him! I just don't think he knows rotary well enough!
anybody from nor cal knows a good shop?

This is a turbo mod. It has nothing to do with rotary vs piston engine.
The jet goes into the oil fitting on the turbo not the other end of the oil line. Run away from that mech.
