how many people are running a cat with their turbo'ed 8?

I'm just trying to see how many people are running a cat with their turbo'ed 8!
I'm currently now running catless, but it really stinks! sometimes I just can't stand it! I'm hoping to get my car tune again with a cat! but I'm also hearing a lot of people saying that itz gonna burn through the cat in a very short period of time!
so I just want to see if anybody are having a cat with their turbo'ed 8!

with the cat, it makes very smooth yet also very constipated sound imho. oddly, i liked it much better than the sound i got after switching to a straight mid pipe which seemed to pronunciate the individual engine cycle sounds much clearly (it's also much more quieter with the cat). friends have told me i look like i'm taking a huge dump when i go into boost when i had my cat on.

you also get lot of smell coming into the cabin when dropping off your friends without the cat (ie. idling with doors open).

thatz the most reason why i want a cat, casue during the summer time, i like to have my window rolled down as i am driving in the city, but most of the time i just cant stand the smell.
so i'll probably gonna get a high flow cat and have my car retune again!

Or, you could just get it tuned right and not be all that stinky at idle.

No CAT at all. BB CAT-less midpipe.

So does Arizona, but we don't have the pollution, crime, taxes or bureaucratic nonsense.

Better than Kuwait, Qatar and Iraq, worse than Okinawa, way worse than The Marshall Islands.

I would say fair to middling...

PS. I have a cat with Greddy Turbo Kit.

We don't need beaches. We have dunes.

Check out some of the beaches in the FL panhandle - especially near pensacola and Appilachicola (sp?) - beautiful white sand, and it is pretty easy to find places where you hardly have to see another soul.

I'd have to say the best beaches I have been to:

1. Diego Garcia..
2. La Maddalena, Italy.
3. Okinawa

I lived in Thailand for about 2 years. I liked their beaches a lot more than the stuff in the united states.

But limited to just here, I much prefer east coast over west coast. The water is much more inviting.

You haven't lived until you've been to Super Paradise (yes, that is actually its name) on the island of Mykonos.

Well, back on Topic.. Do all High Flow cats, or running with out cats cause such a smell, or is it as simple as MM said, & getting the car tuned?

I have a mid pipe to replace the cat, but just havent installed it, really dont need a smelly car..

so basically what you said is now my car stinks because of my car hasn't gotten tuned right?
so what shoulf I tell the tuner, should I tell him not to tune it as rich? cause now sometime it backfires a lot when idle!

also, how much hp do you think I will approximately loss if I run a high flow cat?
