My engine has this problem that just confuses me. When the car is first started it idles at like 2k rpms and then slows down to about 1k. After that if i give it gas it just bogs down and almost dies. I basically have to pat the petal so it revs up to where it stops doing this. Any ideas on how to fix this or what it could be?

Does it just do this when it is cold? Mine would do that once in a while when cold (first start of day) but have not had it since i went turbo.

 

You are probably running way too rich - have you had your emanaged tuned or are you still running the stock GReddy map?

 

mine was doing this alot, then I took the car apart and tightened some clamps that were coming really loose. That helped alot.
It still happens occasionally though. I'll report back after i get my e-manage tuned.

 

Untuned emanage, I'm waiting on my bov before I tune it.

The tuning of the emanage cannot be the culprit. The emanage does not alter the stock ecu's signals until it detects boost pressure.
