Built 13B Motor

Hey guys been looking everywhere and I know I came across a site in the past where they offered completely rebuilt 13B engines. I believe they would even perform some mild street porting for you and ship it as a crate motor. I thought it was racing beat but could not find it anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are several companies, so I'd say your searching is a bit subpar

BHR, Pineapple Racing, RotaryResurrection, Racing Beat, Pettit, plus several others.

I looked everywhere on racing beat, they had individual components i'm looking for a complete crate motor. I know pineapple has porting templates, but do the offer customer spec'd engine builds?? I'm new to forums and it seems I never quite use the right words in the search bar to find anything useful. (Search Fail)

Most of the companies don't actually list the rebuild services on their websites in detail. and will require calling or emailing the company for more info. But yes, they do offer builds / rebuilds. Check out 9krpmrx8's turbo build thread, it's long, but somewhere in there he got his build engine from Pineapple Racing.

Mazmart, BHR and Pineapple Racing are your best bets. All 3 have great reps and stand up customer service.

pettit and the others are good as well, but some builders (BHR is one example) that have more RENESIS experience than others

Pettit Racing just built an engine for me. You wouldn't believe the porting that Cam did on my motor. You want the best, go to the best. And to be honest, it was less expensive than getting a reman from Mazda.

What type of porting did you go with, and what where the proposed numbers pettit estimated for you for power output, whit you be going NA, or FI. and what did they charge?
