But the concept is that it cools the incoming air allowing the compressor to become more efficient = more flow .
It's been done with some success by the rx7 crowd.

The dyno is the dyno dynamics at PPRE . The same people that build Mad Mikes' cars. It's a 4 hour drive from here but I know the dyno is legit and the dyno time is payment for some stuff i did for them a while back . There is a dyno about 5 mins drive from me but that one is very optimistic .
