Found a flat deserted road to do my tuning logs . Virtual dyno is very consistent on this stretch of road . Will be really interested to see actual dyno numbers by comparison.

This is a 3rd gear run (note dynojet corrected x 1.11)

This run in 4th gear (1:1 ratio same as 5th on 6 speed) .

Brett, it must have been a very long straight piece of road doing a run in 4th gear, what speed were you up to at 8000rpm?
Also don't you have 19in wheels? says you have factory 18in in the vehicle specs.
Looks like its making good power now.

Yeah i do have 19s but diameter is the same as the stock 18s and it was the only option on the software that was the correct dia.

Add boost, road length needed decreases rapidly.

If I take out the 1.11 factor it's still well over 350whp . I'll be happy to break 350 on a real dyno though - that has always been the target .

I'm seeing over 12 psi at 7500

We like the nice curves
Petrol is equivalent to your 93 I believe - don't think it is that great really .

AFRs are in the high 10s on my wideband .

There's nothing wrong with ethanol as long as you tune for it. If you have concerns about consistency then add ethanol to create E15 or E20 and then tune for that. It will then run slightly rich on anything below that.

I spoke to soon when I said no holes in tune . I'm getting a tiny rich spike as the SSV opens that I can't seem to do much with it. There is a definite hesitation at 3250 when under load .

Anyone else struck this ? Hesitation is at blue line on this chart ..............

Brett, I saw the same dip on both scott's and dennis's car on the dyno a few months back. The tuner was having a hard time dialing it out and was never really able to.

upgraded 06/2013 to yellow/blue/uncapped yellow 380/480/600

I know with the cobb the secondarys and P2's have the same latency tables, if this is the same with your mazdaedit then I would guess this is part of the problem.

your using the latency table of yellow for the blue injectors. you might be able to get a better transition if you use the blue latency table for the two, but then have a hickup when the uncapped yellows turn on

Am using the table for the blues . My old logs with yellow/yellow/blue don't have the same rich spike as i do now . Problem is that I end up with a lean spike if i try to get rid of the rich spike ....
