Better turbo kit then PTP and greddy for cheaper would you buy it
My answer was a no brainer "yes", but that doesn't mean I 100% believe that a "better" and "cheaper" kit will actually come out by anyone including the starter of this thread.

Got this answer re Turbo size for RX8
Hello Michael,
You have many different option when it comes to your car. The Rotary motor
is very responsive to large turbochargers. However, when aiming for the 350- 400hp range, the perfect turbocharger would be the GT3076R. This dual ball
bearing turbo will offer a lot of power and you will find it to be very
responsive. The GT3076R is rated at 350 to 500hp from Garrett.
Thanks,
Parker

well in my opinion, the reason why people with the greddy turbo kits, have blown engines, its two simple reasons, lack of CFM that the turbo produces, which when anyone tries to boost more then 5-7 psi of boost, therefore leadin to compressor surge.........n the other reason is lack of a good EMS, from what i hear the Greddy EMS that came with the turbo kit, is the biggest POS ive ever heard..... it would do its job better as a paperweight, or if my car was jacked up on the drive way use it to keep the wheel from movin lol.............so take care of those two things in your turbo kit, also offer bigger injectors pump, n return line offer ignition coils, a good ems, a good CFM flowin turbo like a GT3076R, or a GT35R..........n if u made a good system, i would pay you what i would pay PTP.......

hey guys im coming back from my tour over seas. unfortunately while I was away I had to sell the rx8 because it was just sitting there going to waste. when I get back Ill have nothing but time to research because im gonna be stuck in a bed for a month or two so thats all i really can do
So explain to me how I've managed to do 9-12 psi on mine for the last year without issues.
Wow, that really sucks. Hopefully it all works out and your ok. That area of the world is crappy, I have some good friends out that way.
