Zip Ties are one of the best inventions EVER when there are only two hands and you need three, even 4!

 

Note to self:

Install coolant lines and fittings on turbo before installing because otherwise it is a bitch!! My arms are like jello, will resume manana. I need two more arms.

So what do you have going on in there? Is one of those oil and one coolant? Do you have anything in the stock cooler locations?

I have my secondary radiator in the passenger side, big oil cooler on the drivers side and I'm putting a second oil cooler on the pan with louvers on top (open to front) and underneath (open to the rear).

 

I told you this before you started

 

Well I had the secondary rad in the passenger side oil cooler location but it was interfering with the inter-cooler piping so I had to move it. In the center, attached to the AC condenser is the second oil cooler. The radiator attached to the tray is just laying there in the pic but will be propped up and ducted when it's all said and done. Then maybe later on I will get a smaller secondary rad and move it back to the passenger side factory oil cooler location.

Well, I put the fittings on but not the hose so....................

 

If I have my turbo on and car running before you I am going to drive down there and slap you.

 

, I actually made real progress last night, I just need to bolt up the turbo and slap on the downpipe and I am good to go.

I would for sure, especially since its a journal bearing.

Using unfiltered oil used to keep metal to metal surfaces from getting their friction on seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

Well if I could stop finding **** to fix or replace I would have been done a long time ago, I am on a first name basis with the guys at the local NAPA and I just walk straight back behind the counter to the bolts bin without even getting a second look
