The brand is on the end of it Once R&D is done we will release the specs but it is custom made for our application. This size of the filter is just how it worked out after doing the calculations.

Oh how did I know this was coming. lol

Custom made, you should've made it to fit a 3.5" pipe from the get go. You could fit up to a 4.5" diameter filter in that location.

Yeah the problem was fitting it there without issue and the bigger filter wasn't really needed based on the calculations. The overall filter diameter would be a tight fit (my previous filter was larger) if it had a 3.5" ID flange. Eventually the pipe will be modified to taper down so no coupler is needed. But honestly this is a first run for testing so we shall see how it works out.

Yeah we just need to sell a bunch of stuff before it's actually made so we can fund the development of other products That's the way it works right?

We have hired Scott Glasburn, Brice from RR, MM, and Elliot from Turblown as business consultants. It should go well.

LOL, at the business consultants.

Yea the issue with the 4.5" OD is it kisses the bumper too much and stops airflow. To get around that we made the filter longer and thinner essentially freeing up the filter from the crashbar and bumper giving it more surface area.

Once we get Hoss-05's car up and running we will turn the boost of to 25psi and dyno it. I am sure we will exceed 400WHP for a second or two.

Well I tried to video tape AFR' on my PLX and RPM's since the logs don't show AFR's lower than 11.02 (lowest the stock O2 reads) but my PLX wideband shows spots where I hit 10.0 (lowest it reads) but it's pretty shaky There is a slight misfire there but you can't really hear it. I guess I will have to get a camera mount and do it properly and safely. I need to order the software and cable from PLX so I can datalog.

The beeping is the Good Box boost warning because I have it set to like 6PSI. I don't have it floored here completely because it was a short road and I ran out of room.

That's just the latency in the gauge, that is part of the problem with watching the gauge.

I need to get the PLX stuff so I can datalog from the wideband.

I will get there, I have the cable needed (thanks Hoss) to datalog from my PLX and I will get the boost module for the PLX soon so I can log boost and AFR on the PLX together.

My exhaust setup is the BHR midpipe and Turbo XS 3" catback.
