mazsport type 1, 9 psi, 330whp?

hi all, i decided to write about my experience toward my car and ppl who helped me to make this happen.
i had greddy turbo, and i called scott to asked his opinnions, and i finally bought all the upgrades from Mazsport from coils, fuel pump, injectors, and upgrade greddy intakes, interceptor-x, but still have the greddy kits. now, i got a good deal for mazsport type 1, i decided to go to that route. o well, the kit was slightly used, i think it was TAJABAHO kit ( ), from his car. o well cut the bullshit, my mechanic decided to install the turbo kits. i took it to the KDR, he was surprised how clean the set up was which was done by my mechanic. down to the dyno to tune it, and what happened?

5 psi = 262.58 whp, TQ = 195.41
7 psi = 280.14 whp, TQ = 210.62
9psi = 327.71 whp, TQ = 246.45 (DD)
14 psi = ..............clutch slipped, and KDR stopped because he wanted me to go home with out slipping clutch
16 psi = will not happen in my car because i love it too much, dont want to be BOOM

ppl who help me:
1) my mechanic , and ppl who live in NJ, he will install your turbo if you want to, but it will be little pricy, but it's worth it.
2)mazsport (he send everything in 3 days, gasket, motor mount, everything else what was missing). honestly, all the stuff i got from mzsport, coils, fuels pump, it took me a month, sorry guys if you waited too long, i feel for you.
ppl, please, i don't wanna ppl think that i was kissing a**, but this is according my experience, mazsport email me and respond my email (at least 1 day) to help me through the turbo kit installation, and he made sure that i had everything. even if when i had my greddy, he called me to fix my interceptor, to fix the dwell.
3)KDR (DAVE) who tuned my car
4) my NJ PPL, who motivate me toward my turbo installation it's a family in NJ.

ok guys, i wll post pics of dyno and my car, it's rainning all day here, and my car is dirty, so i will wait until sunday to take pics.

i was about to go with MM upgraded, but it will take too long, and i got this turbo set up already used, but not alot, i believe. we changed a lot of things, that's all, but accoding to quality, yeah it is a good quality. about the WARRANTY, , i got disappointed toward mazsport, but i got his turbo kit.LOL. in teh end, it's a matter of your satisfaction toward the turbo, not the seller, right. i love the turbo setup, and it's really a big different from greddy.

grats on the impressive numbers. Keep an eye on that ignition solution though, few people reported some issues with it on an FI application.

IT should have, mine does.

Good Job with the numbers, a little mix with some c16 to increase your octane rating and you wont go boom.

I have seen mine spike at 25 psi.

i will post it, yeah, i wish it has the number of psi. but it's said base 9 psi. i wil lhave to scan it, and i will post it. the boost hold after 5K,9 psi, but you will see because it's a huge turbo, it has lags.

i heard about it, but i think you have to cahnge the dwell setting for the turbo application to 3.5 instead of 2.0. they said that the amplifier will produce more fire. that's what i was told.

do you have greddy? if you have greddy, yeah, it will spike, mine was 15 psi at 4th gear. this is external, wastegate, i don't think it will give big spike

i don't know....is it supposed to be different turbo? i thought it's just the design is different, but they use the same type of turbo...
it spikes, but i lower teh spike from the boost controller. it spikes just 1 psi. did you check the boost controller adn the spring pressure on your wastegate? we couldn't find the spring pressure rate for my wastegate, and i am using AEM boost controller, and set it up 5.00. that's waht we did.

Same turbo but you can change the hot side among other things.

And is spiked for other reasons, it doesn't do that normally.
