I got mine from mazda parts. It took awhile to get, they might be on back order so you might want to get on the list. I just installed mine and its not working to well though. going in and out. I posted a thread on the issue and hope there is a fix.

www.mazdaparts.com is not working. Is that the right URL?
Do you have to have a blank CD in the CD changer in order to use the external inputs on the PIE?
TIA

What do you mean by "lower than 9.55"?
Is that a firmware version?
Has anyone seen or used the Neo iPOD controller? This makes your iPod charge and controls it from your head unit ...

it needs to be 9.55 or higher to use and of the plug and play aux in or ipod connection devices (like the neo)
otherwise you need to upgrade the head unit

What's the skinny on the NEO unit? There seems to be a parallel thread running on that. I like the controllability aspect of it - displaying the tracks etc. on the display. This is just audio-in, correct?

The Neo icelink allows you to control your ipod through the HU. You can change playlists advance and rewind songs ect. The unit is the PIE adapter with the Dension ICElink plus cable. It is exactly the same thing as the Dension unit just repackaged. Yes it is crystal clear audio in but with added features of control

The NOE buys the PIE adapter. Then they buy the Dension Icelink plus. They put both of them in a box and call it NEO Icelink. I have the NEO system and when it comes it has dension stickers all over it. You also can go the dension homepage to get updates.
The Icelink cable converts the signals of the pie adapter to ipod compatable. which is pluged into your ipod. There is about 40 strings that go into detail. use the search button and you will find all the information you need.
