What gauge warning parameters to use?

I tried searching through the many, many threads on gauges, but didn't find the exact answer I'm looking for. I'm also sure that having this as its own thread might help some other people. When I get my car back this weekend, I'll be putting in my DEFI BF gauges. I am curious to know what settings people are using for min/max ranges on Oil Temp, Oil Pressure, and Water Temp (since those are the gauges I'll be putting in). Thanks for any help.

Oil pressure goes from 8psi at idle to 80+ at higher revs. That kinda makes a low warning useless, but I set mine to 6psi. Both water and oil temp warning should be set at 210F.

Sweet, thanks. It occurs to me that I probably could have looked that up in my shop manual, if I could find it. :D
