Welcome message stock HU

hey guys

anyone know how to change the welcome/startup message on the factory HU that says Mazda RX-8? i know that you change them in the Scion HUs to say whatever you want

i dont think thats possible with the ipod conversion thingy or a metra kit , but if someone knows how i wanna know too

I know for a fact you can change it with the Metra dash kit. I think that is the only way.
