Someone posted that they liked the infinite speed control in the Acura. The difference between 1 and 2 is too great. I tend to agree. Also I find I rarely use 3, instead skipping to 4 if I need max cooling.

Anyone know of a way to replace the fan control in the 8 with an infinite control? Seems like a nice and inexpensive replacement when you're in there replacing the HU, CD player, etc.

 

Interesting idea. I suspect a multi-position rheostat would take care of it, if you can find one that fits. Let us know what you find.
