Hey guys, I recently bought and installed a touch screen radio/2 din kit into my 2004 rx8 GT. Everything hooked up just fine, all the adapters/plugs. But for some the middle buttons that control where the air is directed on the climate controls aren't lighting up anymore, the 1-4 control works fine on the fan, I can hear the heat trying to come out but it won't actually blow out. Also the LED screen that's above the radio where it shows the time/radio station isn't displaying anything. I'm so frustrated, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

 

My best advice is to pull evrything out and triple check all of the metra kits wire harnesses(assuming that is the kit you have) I had to pull mine out twice for pins in the metra harness not making contact. If all of the lights and display worked before than this is more than likely the issue. There is also the off chance of a bad black box in the kit.
