Well,
From the website you quoted...
First check the fuses: Fuse 8 (30a) in the engine compartment and Fuses 2 (7.5a) and 11 (20a) in the lower kick panel.
Next, yard the stereo back out and recheck all of the plugs and connections. Have a look around where your were soldering and check for burned wires or solder drips shorting terminals or circuits.
Finally, unplug the CD player from the radio and try the radio alone.

WARNING: Oh by the way, this is a dangerous type hack. You could burn your hair off with your soldering iron if your not careful. You could also easily damage your beautiful trim pieces. And you could very easily kill your radio if you are not careful. I also have no idea what will happen if you try to get something radio-related covered under warranty, though I'd imagine if they find the huge globes of glue, they won't like it. Do this hack at your own risk, and you sure as hell better not blame me if you f%#k it up!
Have a nice day!

I already checked every single fuse, no one is burned. The board is not burned neither. When I put everything back together and tried to see if the ipod was going to work. I inserted the ignition key and the stereo didn't turn on. There is no Clock, no temperature, there's not even light where the clock and temperature is displayed. The air conditioner, rear defrost and all of those buttons, don't work. The DSC ligth on the instruments panel is blinking, and the Slippering Light also is on.
Does the stereo need to be programmed or somethig to get it back to work???
I don't really think I burned the stereo board.
but, what I did is that i did not unplugged the battery to do this..
Any comments????

No, our stereos are not 'security coded' and will work in any car.
A little research before you started will show that every time the battery is disconnected, the DSC will need be reset. Turn ignition "on"; steering full lock left; steering full lock right; ignition "off".
However, since you did not disconnect your battery
Again, sounds like something has shorted to ground....
Now check All the fuses, again. Check all of the ribbon connections behind the radio, again.
Remove everything you did in this 'mod' and try it again.
If you can't find anything wrong with fuses or wiring, then you have indeed fucked-up your radio. Mazmart, or e-bay, or a Wanted-to Buy ad in this forum is your friend.
Oh, and then buy a GROM iPod adapter for ~$50.
