Question Second Battery in trunk

Hey guys, i recently installed a second battery in my trunk to get sreens and subwoofers going. But don't wanna use it now because i don't know how to wire the battery to the engine so that the battery reloads while I'm driving... and where to put the cable (hide them) from engine to trunk.

Any tips appreciated

thanks

1/0awg wire. Both positive and negative. In parallel with the battery under the hood. Nothing to it really. You'll need battery terminals too.

I think this is answered in the FAQ section of this forum

short answer if you open the doors (on either side), there is a neat track that runs down the length of the car, just lift the top off, run your wires, and replace the top.

drivers side grommet, or drill a hole behind the washer fluid tank (be careful not to get the blower behind the dash)

assuming you are RHD, top right of the steering column.

LHD, top left of the steering column.

It is where the mains harness comes in through the firewall.

For dual 0awg wire, you're going to need to drill your own hole. You're not sneaking an extra 1 1/2" of wire through an existing grommet.

I was able to fit 2 x 2AWG wires through there alongside 3 wires from the prosport gauges from the driver side grommet with room to spare . Maybe the grommet for an S2 is larger
