Got a friend that has a brand new 09 with sat radio. He had all the stations preset and working just fine. One day it did and update and the radio will not let him keep his preset stations but he still has sat radio capabilities. Does anyone has a clue what's up?

Same problem though only on some of the presets--others fine. Looking for help too.
