hey guys, was wondering if any of you had or of heard two 10's rockford fosgate p 1's in an rx8. and if you have, i was wanting to know if two of em sound good and well, i guess thick enough sounding.
my friend has two of em like brand new and he told me to offer him a price for them. idk how much i should pay and idk if it would be enough bass. any help and i'd really appreciate it.

I have 1 12" P1 in my Tahoe and it sounds awesome. I cant say how the 8" would sound, but I used to have 2 8" RF subs in my Redline and it hit plenty hard. They were not the P1s but they were the series before them. Youre not going to here them a mile away but the in car sound is clean. The only beef I had with 8s is they dont the low frequency a 10 or 12 would. I would recommend it. I was thinking about doing 8s in the RX8. Are you building the box in the car or are you getting the ebay box that already fits?

 

why not just get one p3 or an alpine type r?
